    Qualities:
    - Milky white liquid drying to a colourless and transparent finish
    - Makes drawings in oil pastel and wax crayon smudge-proof and water-repellent
    - Dries to a glossy finish
    - Has hardly any effect on the colours
    - Dries within one hour
    - Can be thinned with water
