Boiled Linseed Oil 24280026
Purpose: Reducing the consistency of paint, increasing the flow and fading brush-strokes.
Composition: Linseed oil, small quantity of (leadfree) siccatives
Qualities:
- Can also be used for making your own painting mediums
- Shows strong yellowing in dark conditions, which largely disappears in daylight
- Increases gloss and reduces the drying time.
- Increases the risk of wrinkling
- Reduces the consistency of paint
- Can be thinned with white spirit or turpentine
